Selection and Support
Our knowledgeable and experienced event planners will help you select the right attractions to keep your attendees engaged and entertained based on attendee age, event size, venue, and much more. We review and explain power and setup requirements, so you are fully prepared and ready for your delivery. For larger events we can help with creating site plans when needed.
Delivery and Pickup
Communication is the key to on-time and reliable delivery. Our team will coordinate your delivery and pickup schedule. We also provide a day before confirmation call, and a phone call and/or text update when we are in route on delivery day. Once on site we take care of all the setup and take down, making for smooth effortless rental.
Cleaned and Sanitized
Starwalk's rental items are cleaned and sanitized after each rental with Simple Green professional disinfectant, an environmentally safer cleaning product. We pride ourselves on providing safe, clean, fun. We have a whole dedicated cleaning and maintenance crew that works full time to ensure you get a quality rental experience.
Insured and Inspected
Safety is always our top priority in everything we do. We are fully insured for the required limits; our inflatables and rides are inspected annually and are registered with the state of Texas. We also follow ASTM industry guidelines for commercial inflatable operations. We are a member of SIOTO (Safe Inflatable Operating Training Organization).
